IIOC Launches Assuring Success Scheme

The Independent International Organization for Certification (IIOC) launched its Assuring Success scheme on the publication of the new versions of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The scheme includes short videos on each of the standards and on generic assurance services.

In IIOC's words, "The publication of the revisions to the two leading management system standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 provides a fabulous opportunity for the whole conformity assessment community (standards-developers, accreditors, and certifiers)."

IIOC also intends to work with leading academics who have published  positive results on the value of conformity assessment.

IIOC is a trade body of certification bodies that deliver a range of management system certification schemes. It represents the CBs views on management system certification issues and provides technical input that influences decision making in the field. IIOC also supports the regulatory framework and development of industry-led schemes to ensure management systems deliver improvements in performance the market expects from third-party certification.
